【近江晒とは】
滋賀県愛荘町で生産される近江上布と呼ばれる布の生産地として有名な地域の加工技術です。かつては彦根藩から将軍徳川家への献上品として納められていた歴史のある生地です。 木材などの植物を燃やして出来た灰を、水で溶かした灰汁をかけながら10日以上日光に晒すことを繰り返します。最後に木臼でつき、水で洗って張り、干して晒しあげます。数々の工程を経て、手間をかけるからこそ上質な質感の生地に仕上がり、肌によく馴染むという特徴があります。
プラスオトハが自信を持ってお届けする大人のためのベーシックシャツ。細番の糸を使用したハリのあるタイプライター素材に近江晒の加工を加え高級感あるシワとコシのある柔らかさを表現しました。着こんでいくことで良さが伝わる、ベーシックアイテムだからこそこだわりたい、一生物アイテムです。日本製素材を使用し、日本で縫製。
