Our store develops products in cooperation with planning teams and production factories (some items are selected by the director), but in order to provide products at the lowest possible price, we place an order with the manufacturer after receiving your order and prepare the products. Due to the nature of the process, it may take longer than the number of days listed above. If for any reason we are unable to prepare the product, we will contact you by email.

Q: Can you confirm if my order has been placed?

Q: I haven't received an order confirmation email?
A: If your order has been completed but you have not received the email, it may be due to the following reasons. Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Once an order is placed, we immediately place an order with the manufacturer, so we cannot accept cancellations. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
Q: Can I return or exchange items?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Q: I received a defective product.
A: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us via the inquiry form, clearly stating your order number and the defective product.
Q: Do you offer size adjustments, such as hemming?
A: We do not offer alterations on products.
If you would like to have it altered, please consult a tailor near you.

Regarding delivery
