Our delivery operations and customer center will be closed during the Golden Week period as follows.

Saturday, April 29th, 2023 - Sunday, April 30th, 2023

and

Wednesday, May 3, 2023 - Sunday, May 7, 2023

During the above period, our customer center and distribution center will be closed.

For orders placed around the holiday period and for products scheduled to be delivered in early May, it may take longer than usual for the products to be shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding in advance.

Normal business hours will resume on Monday, May 8. We will respond to inquiries and delivery information received during the closure period starting from Wednesday, May 10.
